The Team
Spivey Construction has been helping Indiana homeowners since 1945. That longevity says quite a lot about our commitment to the industry, our community and high standards. We have maintained a strong, vibrant business, largely, because our customers are satisfied customers. Frank Spivey Jr., president/CEO

Frank plays an important role in the making sure our high quality standards are met for every project. From meeting clients and helping develop the designs to performing spot checks and final walk-throughs, Frank maintains an active involvement in quality control and customer satisfaction.

Extremely active in the building trade associations on a local, state and national level, Frank has played an important role helping communities develop code standards and specifications that will benefit the homeowner.

His leadership roles as president of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, the Indiana Builders Association and the Remodeling Council of the National Builders Association have demonstrated his commitment to the industry and his passion for helping homeowners feel good about remodeling.

Lynne Spivey-Gallant

Lynne Spivey-Gallant,

Obviously, she has grown up in the business. Literally. From listening to the hundreds of conversations about the business that took place around the dinner table…to following the overall changes and innovation in the construction industry, Lynne has long been intrigued by the business side of remodeling. In charge of marketing, accounting and the ultimate bottom-line, Lynne plays a major role in the strategic decisions for the company, its growth and customer relationships.

Like her father, Lynne is also very involved in the industry trade associations, including serving as president of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis in 2001-2002.

Bill Gallant
Director of Operations


Bill Gallant,
director of operations for Spivey Construction, Inc.

Bill is the person who oversees the project management, scheduling crews and suppliers, tracking progress, ordering materials and keeping the various crews involved in a project arriving and performing their task on schedule. From the framers, to electrical, plumbing, dry-wall and trim crews, many skilled professionals are involved in completing a typical remodeling project. Bill oversees this process as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Married to Lynne, Bill also has a deep long-term connection to the business and understands wholeheartedly the importance of upholding the high standards the company has built its reputation upon.
